ISO 17100:2015 – Translation Services
As part of our drive to continually improve consistency and efficiency, we’ve registered and certified for the ISO 17100 Translation Services standard: the internationally recognised standard for companies in the translation industry. This also covers the essential processes for providing a translation service.
This certification demonstrates our ability to continuously provide translation services that meet client requirements, and ensures our compliance with the legal regulations in line with ISO 17100:2015.
ISO 27001 – Information Security Management System

With robust mechanisms in place, Lingo24 ensures the security of client information, which remains strictly confidential during the translation process.
These mechanisms cover both our technical platform and internal processes when handling client data. We’ve initiated the certification process for ISO/IEC27001 – Information Security Management System, which is due to be completed in 2021.
