ISO 9001:2015 certified
ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management of businesses. It guarantees that products and services delivered will be at consistent quality levels through standardised procedures and constant monitoring of our processes. We’ve held this certification since 2011.
ISO 17100:2015 – Translation Services
As part of our drive to continually improve consistency and efficiency, we are also currently rolling out internal processes with a view to certifying for the ISO 17100 Translation Services Management System. This is the internationally recognised standard for companies within the translation industry and covers the essential processes for providing a translation service. We’re on track to be awarded the certification in January 2021.
ISO 27001 – Information Security Management System
Our clients trust us to handle content of a legally and commercially sensitive nature and ensure that client data remains strictly confidential during the translation process. As such, we take the security of our clients’ data seriously and have robust mechanisms in place to ensure its security. These mechanisms cover both our technical platform and internal processes when handling client data.
We have initiated the certification process for ISO/IEC27001 – Information Security Management System, which is due to be completed by the end of February 2021.
