After you have quoted or ordered a translation project you can:
Set users to receive project notifications
Project users to notify each receive all automated email notifications about a project. You can edit your users to notify on any project either when you create it or from the Projects page if the project status is pending, quoted or in progress.
- Select Projects.
- Select the information i button to view the full details of your project.
- Select the Users to notify field to see a list of your available users and select user/s to add them.
Or - Select the x icon to remove a user from receiving project notifications.
- Select the Save icon.
Add a purchase order (PO) number
You can add a purchase order to any project that is in status quoted, pending, in progress or finished.
- Select Projects.
- Select the information i button to view the full details of your project.
- Enter your PO number.
- Select the Save icon.
